How is your slow-fashion clothing made?
Our apparel is printed and shipped after your order to prevent waste. We work with our printing partner, Printful, to reduce the fashion industry's environmental impact. This is because an overwhelming 85% of all textiles produced by the industry end up in landfills.
One in every five garments reaches a landfill without being worn even once. By supporting our brand, you are choosing products that are created only as the order is placed, creating less fabric waste than conventional manufacturing.
Also, rest assured that we work with suppliers that produce high-quality products that last many washes, keeping print colors vibrant and the fabric soft. Plus, all products have been OEKO-TEX certified for maximum quality.

How long does it take for slow fashion to be printed?
Our slow fashion items take 2-7 business days for our partner Printful to print apparel products. Most products are printed, on average, in 3 business days.
Around 78% of Printful orders are delivered in the same region they’re fulfilled. Having fulfillment centers close to customers is good both for the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing the CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.

Why are some items made at different locations and shipped separately?
Our printing partner Printful has several locations to help get your items to you more quickly. Some facilities focus on more DTG shirt printing. In addition, we also ship items like Stickers, Prints, & Paintings from our home in Baltimore, where our items are either handmade, printed with love, or sourced from various places.
If, for some reason, you still need to receive one tracking link and still need items from your order, please reach out to celestialskully@gmail.com, and we will be happy to give you an update with new links.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not, but hope to in the near future.
I placed an order. When will I get my tracking number?
You will receive an email with tracking info once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 4 business days for that item to be put in the mail for you to check where it’s located as it makes its way to you.
What If I put the wrong address in my order?
We can easily update the address if your order still needs to be sent. But if the item was delivered and that package can not be recovered, please reach out to us at celestialskully@gmail.com
What if my order was returned to the sender?
This happens if USPS needs help locating your address or if there are any mistakes in your address, like a missing apt number or an incorrect street name. We get notified when something is returned and will promptly contact you to verify your details.
If you notice it was returned before we do, please contact us at celestialskully@gmail.com with your order number and verified address.
It’s important to note that if the address that it was sent to were, in fact, correct, we would need to send your package to a new location to prevent your item from being returned again to limit any additional shipping fees or delays.
