Refund policy

By shopping at Celestial Skulls, you agree to the following terms:

EXCHANGES

We accept clothing exchanges only within 14 days of your package delivery. All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange.

Items being exchanged must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and free of pet or human hair.

If the item does not meet these criteria, we will ship your package back to you and not carry out the exchange.

To initiate an exchange, please email celestialskully@gmail.com with your order information. Once we receive your item in the mail, we’ll reorder your item to be made and shipped to you.

RETURNS

If an item you received is damaged through our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email celestialskully@gmail.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue.

We’ll get back to you as soon as possible! Do not send any items back unless we’ve confirmed to do so.

All sales on Artwork, stickers, & Prints are final.
